No need to re hash what the case is about.   I am curious why he is not getting the backing from the black population like OJ did.

It's  my understanding that many blacks considered him an "Uncle Tom", or an "Oreo" (black on the outside - white on the inside)... The few times he commented on "Black Issues" he spoke conservatively - not radically...

Theres a big difference between killing a couple rich white folks and being a serial rapist, noone likes rapists. This far it looks like he still has a chance of avoiding the charges though.

He had the audacity to challenge and question the choices made by black youth today.  The dates of these statements show just how long the memories of his accusers are.  Don't EVER call out those on the Plantation or those who shill for them, EVER.

True

- however the multiple charges against him - and the type - make it difficult for me to listen to his old comedy routines now (which I often did)...

I can see that, but I really like his stand up.

Bill Cosby is a creepy masher and Donald Trump is the President of the United States.

Truth really is stranger than fiction.

That's the exact reason Charles Barkley is shunned by many in the black community today...funny thing is Barkley has called out both sides on differing occasions

Me as well - I use to have all of his records - But I particularly liked his earlier stuff - "Chickenheart", "Fat Albert" (not the cartoon), "Go Carts"... Great stuff...

He had one about saving a snow ball in the freezer to get revenge on a kid who hit him in the face with one.

Loved that one! He goes through all the build up about his months long plan for revenge, gets his "victim" all set up - only to find out his mother had thrown it away!

He told them to pull up their pants and stop blaming racism for all their troubles.

I was a huge fan. Now, I can't watch him. I believe all or most of the claims made by his victims. I don't care about the man's good advice just as I don't care about the man's race. He drugged and raped women. That's close to Ted Bundy territory. His enablers are bad too. How many celebrities ignored his crimes?

That kind of hypocrisy and sanctimony makes it even worse. That's record-setting chutzpah. He said that in public while he preyed on women in private. It was like when Jimmy Swaggart preached against sexy clothes.

His show seems to be on all the time now.

I was watching the post-trial footage and how Cosby was walking made me wonder if he was blind.

He always had a firm hold of someone's arm and his eyes were all but closed.

Maybe a  result of all the drugs he took over the years.......................................oh wait! sorry, he was not taking them, he was giving them to unsuspecting victims.
