i have no doubts some young girls knowingly took drugs, but there is a difference between willingly taking them to having Quaaludes  put in your glass. 

He was the one who got hold of the drugs and placed them in the glasses...nothing can justify that. He did not do this once or twice, he did it repeatedly.

He was the one who got hold of the drugs and placed them in the glasses...nothing can justify that. He did not do this once or twice, he did it repeatedly.

I do believe some girls will lie, but this  case goes back years and many of the accusations were dismissed, likely because it was "Bill Cosby" and he knew many people and he did pay off "alleged" victims. If he was innocent he should not have been paying anything.

He gets a pass from some people because of his lectures and sermons to Black youth. He gets a pass from some people because of his career. Dozens of women relate the same kinds of events, so it's just common sense to believe that he's guilty. His enablers are as bad as he is since they could have brought this to light in the past.

Exactly. Over 100 woman have accused him of abuse over a span of 40 years, he has admitted drugging some of them and these accusations have been going around for years just like they were with say Jimmy Saville: suppose he's innocent too.  Of course some women lie about rape allegations and that's disgusting but it's statistically tiny compared to the amount of unreported sexual assaults and it's not difficult to see why they go unreported so often. Is it so difficult to imagine that these woman would be scared to come forward with accusations against a powerful, popular guy like Cosby when dudes like Aztek still defend him after over 100 woman come forward and he admits to having drugged some of them? I'm not sure what all these women are supposed to gain by making this up, and again it's not as if there's no basis he has admitted to drugging them.

Anyway i didn't seriously think i'd need to discuss whether Cosby is guilty or not at this point and i have no interest in continuing this so you guys can get the last word.

True, but we don't know what the vote count was, at least I couldn't find it. It could have been 11 guilty and 1 not guilty. Or equally it could have been 6-6, 7-5, etc.

I was responding to the poster that said: "Anyway i didn't seriously think i'd need to discuss whether Cosby is guilty or not at this point". At least one person, probably with more knowledge of the facts than we have, wasn't convinced.
