Man drives van while dressed as a car seat

There was an advert a couple of years back with this carseat driver.

But as it turns out, this one is because of this:

Why would a car be driver-less.....i can understand lorries taking goods to depots etc, but a car with no on in it...what is the point of that? 

As it happens this was NOT a driver-less car so their study is worthless.

Personally i think it was a prank or another run for an advert.

Safely? the driver went through a red light. how is that safe? .NO excuse for that, getting away from the media is not a valid reason. and why drive away, its not as if its a big secret there is someone in the car?
