+OverSword Posted August 11, 2017 #1 Share Posted August 11, 2017 Quote A Virginia college student was sentenced to 100 days in jail this week for submitting fraudulent voter registration forms listing the names of dead people as Democrat voters. Andrew J. Spieles, 21, was sentenced in federal court Tuesday for knowingly transferring false Virginia voter registration forms during the 2016 election, according to the Justice Department. While this should come as a surprise to precisely 0 people, Spieles just happens to be Democrat who, according to a deleted Facebook post, apparently recently ran for Caucus Chair of the Virginia Young Democrats. Yeah... that is a little strange. You would think that the Government would take an attempt to manipulate and election a little more seriously. Apparently, it isn't even a major crime as far as they are concerned.

Ashotep Posted August 23, 2017 #7 Share Posted August 23, 2017 It's Virginia so I shouldn't be surprised he only received 100 days. Don't want to discourage voter fraud too much.

It should be at least 5 years in prison and a 250,000 fine for committing voter fraud in my eyes. That way it makes people hesitate and think before doing it, they would potentially ruin their lives for committing voter fraud!
