I'm a total nerd, I'll admit. But there's a certain line of geekdom that I find it hard to cross, and on the other side of that line is things like superheroes, Star Trek, World of Warcraft, LARPing, D&D, etc...

Thankfully the Marvel Cinematic Universe has made them somewhat cool. Although Captain America is still just a dorky concept.

Oh I know that, 3 years ago walked into a chemist (had Bronchitis really bad at the time) wearing my course clothes (no scrub top because that was on campus only) black work pants, shoes and clean shirt) asked one of the workers and she looked me up and down, then goes THEY'RE VERY EXPENSIVE!

Almost like she was trying to money shame me or something, went back at the end of the day and their cheapest was AU$250, I know closer to me has them cheaper.

 

I shouldn't have been at my course while sick but they were already short handed because of other calling in sick.

actually thinking about it.... I remember being a kid and thinking, or maybe believing.....that you could POP a fat person like a balloon  :lol:

 

Now....for some of you younger than I....you may NOT have seen this classic skit/scene from a Monty Python movie.....this is a little but disgusting BUT its pure comedy....only 6 mins vid....  DO WATCH.....and I mean..... DO watch  :lol:
