Coming from a place of isolating myself for years due to panic attacks from extreme social anxiety, I do I have to say that this forum (and this thread in particular) has been one of the most therapeutic undertakings I've ever experienced. And beyond that, the friendships I've made with each of you makes it all the more meaningful and worth-while. ^_^ So thank you.

Life can be as easy or as difficult as you choose to make it. Always learn from the past, but never hold it too tight. Keep the important and meaningful memories alive. But make a daily effort to be a better person that you were yesterday. Even in the smallest ways. In fact the smallest will lead up to the greater achievements. Aquila (or anyone for that matter), I'd like you to try this affirmation.

"I will make today a good day, not matter what happens"

The meaning behind that statement while appearing optimistic is more grounded in a realistic approach to the day. You will make the most if it. Good, bad, doesn't matter. Every morning say it to yourself a few times. Make it a habit for, let's say 8 weeks. Do this for 8 weeks to just see what it does for you.

I’ve had my number for almost 9 years, so doubt wrong number thing and think someone being stupid.
Aussie cell number, had area code for Australia.

I’m going to look up the number later and see if others have reported the same messages.

so I’ll know if the number needs blocking or it was once off

On a totally unrelated topic, I saw today that there's a large group of people out there who genuinely believe that there's an ancient super-advanced underground city underneath the pyramids at Egypt... I'm sure you've heard...

There's even a whole movie-length video on YouTube detailing this advanced ancient civilization...

It's not universal. I tend to be bat-**** crazy and yet have very little hair.
