Not a meme but forgot until now, I was able to eat alone in public yesterday which is huge for me.

My social anxiety (because general isn't enough) stopped me in past, yesterday I was hungry from not eating anything other then something tiny I thought F it I need to eat before I feel sicker or light headed

Thankyou both I was so angry and done yesterday I didn't care if anyone looked.

 

Pretty sure I would have snapped at one of the school teens who were on my bus if they had said anything lol

Yeah, now that I think of it, I think it was anger that first motivated me to get out of my comfort zone.

If you're angry enough, you'll start to not care what you do so long as you're able to express it some way.

I did today in a good way, packed jerkface (we no longer use his name as its insult to those with that name)s stuff from the kitchen but not the frozen stuff into bags and boxes. Get him out quicker
