Female tennis stars want equal prize money to men, so why don't they play 5-set matches like the men do?

I am all for equal pay for equal value - but surely in sport and entertainment value can be deduced by audience and sponsorship?

In fact, why not play the men for the mens' prize money and the men play the women for the womens' money!!

Why do so many continue to blindly trust the same government agencies that have brazenly and repeatedly lied to them over the past recent years?

Why have women evolved a higher vocal register than men?

Do female chimps sound different to males?

Because without such foolish guidance & leadership, certain (wealthy) folk would quickly become poor.

Isn't it a bit weird to pledge allegiance to a flag instead of a country?

Has anyone here purchased one of Freddie Flintoffs figurines yet?  (They're a bit pricey though)

Is there anything better than nearly throwing last night's pizza box away, then finding two lonely slices eager to join the others?

Nothing better than thin crispy spicy pizza and a cool drink.

What happened to the 9 Malcolms before Malcolm X?

They must have been anonymous.

Will you be shopping at Asbury's today?

I can't believe the Sainsbury's boss about "no store closures".  We've got 2 huge Sainsbury's and 3 Asda supermarkets very local. How can they keep them all open?

Because capitalism is all about buying out the competition and closing it down. However, asda and sainsburys do tend to cater for different sectors of the market (Sainsburys is rather more upmarket), so I don't know if they might keep the Asda branches as a sort of 'lower cost' subsidiary, or whether they would try to Sainsburyize Asda, or whether, and I expect this is probably the most likely outcome, they'll decide it's a dead loss and flog off the whole lot cheap to Poundland within a few years. Probably the latter. Keep tuned for more market analysis!

"We are looking for permanent fulfillment associates to help us deliver smiles in Coventry" ~ ad from Amazon. Does that mean they're hiring delivery drivers?
