This advert for California: doesn't it look as if the kids in the tent are about to get a nice surprise?

Good. The world is over-populated.

Do electric cars have engine braking? Electric trains do, they regenerate electricity in braking mode, but can electric cars do that? Charge the battery when they'r going downhill? Otherwise you're putting a lot of strain on the brakes, particularly in view of how heavy those things are with the great heavy battery. I wouldn't want to drive one down a mountain in Norway.

Yes. Electric cars have regenerative braking, but no brakes.

Why are "Mobile Phones" nearly always black, and have black screens when deactivated, which makes them very difficult to see in low lighting conditions? The consequence is that you can very often not see them and step on them, or you drop them it can be very difficult to find them (until you step on them), or leave them on a table such as in a restaurant or Public House.

Don't buy a black one!

Why do people buy a large 'stuffed crust' pizza, only to receive a tiny pizza with tons of greasy pastry filled with tasteless stodge around the edge?
