Electric trains do, they regenerate electricity in braking mode, but can electric cars do that? Charge the battery when they'r going downhill? Otherwise you're putting a lot of strain on the brakes, particularly in view of how heavy those things are with the great heavy battery. Don't buy a black one! Why do people buy a large 'stuffed crust' pizza, only to receive a tiny pizza with tons of greasy pastry filled with tasteless stodge around the edge?
