Doctor Who: three new companions revealed

Doctor Who's first female Time Lord will be joined by three new regular cast members, the BBC has announced.

Jodie Whittaker, who takes over as the 13th Doctor next year, will be joined by Bradley Walsh, Tosin Cole and Mandip Gill, as well as Sharon D Clarke in a returning role.

Walsh will star as Graham, Cole will play Ryan and Gill will play Yasmin.

I applaud the BBC for supporting diversity by casting Bradley Walsh, a 57-year-old Caucasian male to the show!

Anyone care to hazard a guess how many times he’ll be mistaken for the Doctor as a “gag”? 

I thinkning at least four times.... in the first episode.
