Atomic theory was first being thought as far back as 400BC for example. The understanding of mathematics and our solar system were being understood also during this time.Im sure the scrolls contained examples of forward/critical thinking that couldnt be tolerated by these groups. One Thousand Years would pass before Copernicus came along. Think about that..
