I don't see this posted anywhere so here goes. A Texas woman who was accused of mailing a homemade bomb to Texas Governor Abbott and Barrack Obama earlier this month has been charged. Governor Abbott did open the package while the one sent to Obama was intercepted in screening. Neither device exploded. However, one of the pieces of evidence is a cat hair that was stuck under the mailing label on one of the packages.
