I interviewed at Tesla's Gigafactory in Reno a while back. They flew me in, 7 hour interview with 5 managers, and a 30 minute Power point presentation I had to do. It could not be under 25 minutes, and not a second over 30 minutes. Those were the rules.

Place was impressive.

Reason I did not get the job..(HR lady gave me advice in case I had another shot)

When asked by every Manager, " why do you want to work with Tesla?"

My (or your) answer should be " I want to help save the World. I want to be part of saving this World"....But in detail. They want a team of people who's top, and only goal is to save our future, and go green.

I am not a tree hugger, so my answer was not like that. Thus...."They decided you would not fit in with the teams culture. Not a good fit, sorry"

Blessing in disguise I think. Not to sure Teslas future is looking good. At least not for employees.

I just wanted to move back to my family was all. Oh well, Arizona not that bad.

Surely there are better things they could put into a Mars orbit.

Can I suggest Kanye West.
