In yet another indication that special counsel Robert Mueller's Russia probe is expanding and intensifying, Bloomberg reported Tuesday that Deutsche Bank—President Donald Trump's biggest lenderfaced with a subpoena issued several weeks ago has been forced "to submit documents on its relationship with Trump and his family."

The reporting is based on a "person briefed on the matter" who asked not to be identified as the action had not been publicly announced. According to Bloomberg:

It's an investigation in search of a crime. It's not like they busted Trump as he planned and plotted with Putin at a judo competition in Moscow, and they then prepared a case against him. No, they're collecting anything with which to cast serious doubt on his administration in the hopes of an impeachment that leads to a removal. They might get witch-hunt regret if Pence takes his place.

The hacks I've seen posting their wisdom online are already talking about implicating Pence and maybe even Ryan so that there's a clean sweep.  Do you suppose the level of ignorance about our government processes is so deep that they actually believe they can return control to HRC or some Democrat?  That's pathetic, if true.

ETA:  It's become glaringly obvious that "collusion" was just a pretense to build a case for impeachment.  No verifiable facts required.  We now have TWO (that we know of) investigators with a trail of anti-Trump texts and comments.  This, in a body that's supposed to be above reproach and overt biases.  My guess is that he's building his "evidence" based on what he needs in a report that will lead to political support for Impeachment.  Trump is more popular among his voters now than one year ago.  NO WAY he gets removed without multiple R's in the Senate going with him in the next cycle.  Anyone care to bet on that level of courage among Republicans in the Senate?  ;)   The D's control 48 votes, with the so-called independents, that caucus with them.  That leaves them needing 19 votes to reach 67.  NINETEEN R's that are willing to go against their constituencies and risk the wrath of voters in the next cycle.  I'm thinkin' we have a better chance of proving Bigfoot's existence.

It's not ignorance, it's psychosis - specifically "shared psychotic disorder", a recognized illness.

I'm grateful and thankful to God that I have yet to hear that one. "Fake news" is bad enough. "Paid Russian trolls" almost pushed me over the edge. I need to keep my last remaining tenuous shreds of sanity.

It's better than *that*. ;) I think that a lot of sheep think that Obama can be president with Hillary as his vice president. "Yeah, that sounds cool." You and I both know that civics went the way of shop class and home ec..

There is no Democrats at all, they'll have to work hard if they hope to impeach until Democrats are back in power. The could just poison the capitol's well and hope for favorable multiple elections...

They usually put them in more than one plane or bus, if they have to move around. They are talking of a possible nuclear explosion on Washington DC, which could whip out all these people, I would guess an army take over would do in this case, the army's number 2 becoming president until things calm down.

Not much on this as thecriminal is a democrat but

BREAKING: Corrupt Democrat Corrine Brown Gets PRISON TIME For Fraud Convictions

http://www.dailywire.com/news/24277/breaking-corrupt-democrat-corrine-brown-gets-ryan-saavedra?utm_source=facebook&utm_medium=social&utm_content=102516-podcast&utm_campaign=beingconservative#

A Florida federal judge sentenced former Rep. Corrine Brown (D-FL) on Monday to five years in prison for her role in heading a criminal conspiracy to use a fake charity for poor children as her personal slush fund.

In May, a federal jury convicted Brown, 71, of 18 out of the 22 charges filed against her which included fraud, lying on tax returns, and lying on congressional financial disclosure forms, the Tampa Bay Times reported.

Local investigative reporter Paige Kelton with ActionNewsJax broke the news of the sentences handed out to Brown, Brown’s former chief of staff Ronnie Simmons, and the president of the fraudulent charity “One Door for Education,” Carla Wiley.

Redditor systematically lays out the case linking Donald Trump's real estate dealings with Russian money laundering efforts. Provides citations for every detail

President Trump said the red line would be drawn at Special Counsel Mueller looking into the Trump Empire's finances. Why you may ask? The entire family is involved in laundering money.

We recently found out that Trump's first international venture in Panama City is a hub for laundering money.[1] He handed the business dealings over to Ivanka Trump, and although many properties were bought the entire area is almost a ghost town.[2] Closed down restaurants, the tower stands dark as very few people live in the properties. Turns out the owners hail from various colourful backgrounds including Russian gangsters, drug cartels, and people smugglers.[3]

Rachel Maddow did a wonderful piece about a Trump Tower project in Azerbaijan.[4] In it Ivanka Trump takes a video promoting her family's building, but it turns out she wasn't filming at the Trump property as it was built in a terrible, rundown location and was used to launder money.

The Trump organization has been laundering money for a very long time. Here are a few examples from The New Yorker including his Taj Mahal Casino, projects in India, Uruguay, Georgia, Indonesia, the Philipines, and China.[5]

I would like to point out that Christopher Steele has stated that Trump's hotel and land deals with Russians need to be examined.[6]

Read what Felix Sater, a Russian bussiness associate of the President, offered President Trump's personal lawyer Michael Cohen. Felix Sater admits to working with the Kremlin under the guise of building the Trump Moscow Tower to help get Trump elected. Both the New York Times[7] and the Washington Post[8] corroborate this story.

“Our boy can become president of the USA and we can engineer it,” Mr. Sater wrote in an email. “I will get all of Putins team to buy in on this, I will manage this process.”

“I will get Putin on this program and we will get Donald elected,” Mr. Sater wrote.

Back in the 90s Felix Sater was caught up in a massive stock scam and flipped on mob families in New York. Guess who flipped him? He's on Special Counsel Mueller's team - Andrew Weissmann.[9]

Felix Sater attended Trump's invite-only victory party to celebrate his presidential victory.[10] Although Trump has tried to distance himself from Sater due to his colourful past, I find it very peculiar that he was allowed into an invite-only event at the Midtown Hilton. Moreover, in July of 2016 we know he attended a secret meeting at Trump Tower, no one knows what was discussed.[11] We know Felix Sater has been ready to work with Special Counsel Mueller's team.[12] Paul Wood, World Affairs correspondent for the BBC, wrote the original article for The Spectator.[13]

Here's another example to illustrate my point. Russian Oligarch Rybolovlev bought a Trump property in Palm Beach for $100 million, making it the most expensive property in America. Here's the kicker - after buying it Rybolovlev tore it down even though he had just paid $60 million over market price.[14]

That was a bland, if fairly accurate, summary of a wild and goofy tale of the Palm Beach real-estate market involving tax fraud, Russian billionaires, lurid divorce-court accusations and — at least in the opinion of some Palm Beach observers — the execrably vulgar taste of the super-rich.

Where this becomes even more peculiar is that the Russian oligarch's private yacht and plane were in the same vicinity as Trump or his associates during the campaign on several separate occasions.[15] For example, Rybolovlev's plane landed in North Carolina 2 hours before Trump made his stop there for a campaign rally.[16] Rybolovlev's yacht was in Croatia last summer where Ivanka and Kushner were vacationing. Back in March while Rybolovlev's yacht was anchored in the British Virgin Islands, Robert Mercer's yacht was anchored next to it.[17] Mercer[18] being Trump’s biggest financial supporter and Breitbart moneyman. [19]

Mueller will find every conceivable deal with Russian businesses and cast the details in a light designed to insinuate corruption leading to collusion - even if the deals are decades old.  For the president to be removed, the R's need political cover and it simply won't be sufficient to make them safe enough so... no conviction, no removal.  About a year ago, Toto pulled back the curtain and revealed Oz, the great and powerful... :w00t:  And you know what?  He ain't much... :tu:

Lol laundering money? If rich people wanted to invest in real estate for reasons less then ligit, is it the guy who built it for them responsible? Of course not.

Considering it’s claimed he still knows these people has anyone actually been convicted of money laundering?

This is why fewer and fewer people believe msm anymore. All they do is lie.

Take the OP, they ran that an entire day, completely false with no reason what’s so ever to have ever believed it was true. Intentional lies. And that’s the second major intentional falsehood just this week.

Looking at what has come up thus far it really seems more like it was an investigation that couldn't look in any direction without stumbling across some form of corruption.

Serious question, if an investigator comes across a crime unrelated to the crime they are investigating are they supposed to ignore it? What is the best course of action in that circumstance?

The point is it seems like the entire reason for the investigation has failed, and now they are fishing for anything they can find. Or not, guess the bank investigation was fake news, again.

They haven’t found anything on Trump. If they had, he’d be neck deep in **** by now.

I personally think they are playing a confidence game, so when they try to drop the hammer on some made up crap, they will have at least some public support. There are a lot of people right now who still believe Flynn contacted the Russians before the election for Trump. Even after that story has been debunked and a reporter got suspended for it.

Anyhow Eli is back as the starter and we are down one head coach and one GM. Thank God lol

To bad the streak had to be ruined over all this.

Why do you think the investigation has failed? The point of an investigation is to find out if something happened or not  by saying its a failed investigation you are implying that the investigators had already made a determination before beginning the process. The reason I dont believe that to be true is that even if you don't think corruption actually happened, you have to admit the WH has done a great job of making it look like it happened. That's worth investigating.

As for the story being "fake news" it definitely could be, its also just as likely that the WH is lying.

IDK he's the big fish in the pond, I would think if they do find anything on him they're gonna wait and make sure their case is airtight.

Yeah I'm just perplexed by the Macadoo era. The dude comes across like someone you'd buy a fake rolex off of in an alley somewhere.

I'm shocked that they didn't leave Eli on the bench in order to ensure that draft spot though. I'd be playing Webb if I were you guys , see what he has and keep Eli from taking an injury in a meaningless game.
