SpaceX successfully launched a pre-flown Falcon 9 and pre-flown Dragon capsule on the CSR-13 mission to resupply the ISS.  They then successfully recovered the Falcon 9 first stage, it's 20th recovery of a first stage while the Dragon reached its designated orbit and successfully deployed its solar panels.  This is the first time a pre-flown capsule and first stage have been launched together.
