SecretSanta Posted June 25, 2023 #501 Share Posted June 25, 2023 I made “Big Mac” smash burgers, a recipe that really popular on Instagram and TikTok right now. They were really good. You use a flour tortilla instead of a bun.

+Desertrat56 Posted October 1, 2023 #503 Share Posted October 1, 2023 I have been pulling unidentifyable containers out of the freezer, a couple a week. This time I found a container of melon that I froze last summer (2022). Melon doesn't freeze well but it is not lost, I am going to make a melon cake with it today.
Overdueleaf Posted October 6, 2023 #504 Share Posted October 6, 2023 I made pork stew last night for dinner tonight and tomorrow. cube about 6 medium potatoes, toss in olive oil and season to your liking place in oven worthy dish. empty a bag of baby carrots into a oven worthy dish , toss with olive oil and season with salt and pepper place in oven worthy dish, slice 5-6 parsnips toss with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. roast all three dishes at 425F for 1 hour 15 minutes, mixing each halfway through cut country style boneless ribs into bite sized pieces thoroughly cook in dutch oven, add beef boullion. cover and let simmer for 20 minutes make sure there is about 3/4 cup of meat juices/water in bottom of pot. mix in raosted veggies and enjoy. should be done in about an hour and 20 minutes. no need to simmer once veggies have been added.

Alchopwn Posted March 1 #507 Share Posted March 1 I made aloo marsala, butter chicken, with garlic roti and gulab jamun for desert. I'm not sure that the dishes were the best combination of flavors all together, but they were each pretty good.
