The ISS is 108m long. The claim is that there is an object hundreds of miles long in orbit.

If you've ever seen the ISS then you know that this object would be incredibly bright, brighter than the full Moon.

Where is it? we can see the full Moon during the day. This would be as well.

Maybe an ice formation of sorts?

Or just someone jacking with the nasa footage/

Also...a blurred object doesn't look very High Def to me.

Fake...?   never mind

It looks like a high cloud formation or ice crystals catching the setting or rising sun. It certainly doesn't look unusual and it doesn't look like a single "object".

The video is unavailable.

This looks like the same story published in the DailyMail.

The video posted by YouTube user Streetcap1 was originally published August 1, 2016, but has resurfaced this week.

It goes on to say:

Quote

There are a number of common phenomena that can cause strange objects to appear in the ISS footage, including lightning storms high over Earth’s surface and tricks of the light.

In the past, a Nasa spokesperson has explained to Dailymail.com: 'Reflections from station windows, the spacecraft structure itself or lights from Earth commonly appear as artifacts in photos and videos from the orbiting laboratory.'

It has a music track, it's on YouTube and it's about UFOs. 'Nuff said.

It seems pretty hokey. As someone previously has said, if something that big was orbiting the planet, we'd be able to detect it with the naked eye, let alone with telescopes and whatnot.

The question is then why was it cut from the live feed if it was only a normal object?

And I was hoping for a nice, crisp image of a Scarran dreadnaught.

Hundreds of miles long? That’s Mechanicus Ark or Gloriana-class warship level stuff.

Oh but I do!  Drudge just provides tons of links to news stories.....including Fake News Rags like the Washington Post, The NYT, CNN, ABC, NBC, CBS, MSNBC and on and on and on.

If you think I believe something because it was on Drudge....that's just silly!

Nah. Creighton worm holed  both fleets, rendering both sides combat ineffective, stopping the war.

I have "The Peacekeeper Wars" on DVD. Farscape was one of my favorite shows. :tu:

The "cut off" claim seems to be quite popular in the CT world. I have an ISS1 Live Feed app (ISS HD Live) running on my smartphone so I can confirm the cams are not online 24/7 and that they often switch off but not for the reason of a "mothership" and other woo-woo.
