stereologist Posted January 23, 2018 #6 Share Posted January 23, 2018 The ISS is 108m long. The claim is that there is an object hundreds of miles long in orbit. If you've ever seen the ISS then you know that this object would be incredibly bright, brighter than the full Moon. Where is it? we can see the full Moon during the day. This would be as well.

Or just someone jacking with the nasa footage/ Also...a blurred object doesn't look very High Def to me. Krater Posted January 23, 2018 #8 Share Posted January 23, 2018 It looks like a high cloud formation or ice crystals catching the setting or rising sun. It certainly doesn't look unusual and it doesn't look like a single "object".

This looks like the same story published in the DailyMail. http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sciencetech/article-5303561/Conspiracy-theorists-spot-Golden-UFO-ISS-footage.html Quote The video posted by YouTube user Streetcap1 was originally published August 1, 2016, but has resurfaced this week. It goes on to say: Quote There are a number of common phenomena that can cause strange objects to appear in the ISS footage, including lightning storms high over Earth’s surface and tricks of the light. In the past, a Nasa spokesperson has explained to Dailymail.com: 'Reflections from station windows, the spacecraft structure itself or lights from Earth commonly appear as artifacts in photos and videos from the orbiting laboratory.'

Truthseeker007 Posted January 23, 2018 #11 Share Posted January 23, 2018 The question is then why was it cut from the live feed if it was only a normal object?
+Hammerclaw Posted January 23, 2018 #12 Share Posted January 23, 2018 It has a music track, it's on YouTube and it's about UFOs. 'Nuff said.
Podo Posted January 23, 2018 #13 Share Posted January 23, 2018 It seems pretty hokey. As someone previously has said, if something that big was orbiting the planet, we'd be able to detect it with the naked eye, let alone with telescopes and whatnot.

toast Posted January 24, 2018 #25 Share Posted January 24, 2018 Quote ‘Massive object HUNDREDS of miles long’ spotted on NASA live feed before being CUT The "cut off" claim seems to be quite popular in the CT world. I have an ISS1 Live Feed app (ISS HD Live) running on my smartphone so I can confirm the cams are not online 24/7 and that they often switch off but not for the reason of a "mothership" and other woo-woo.
