My boyfriend and 2 kids just bought a house and we moved in Sept of 2016. I was pregnant with my youngest. I've always felt scared of the basement. But never thought anything of it, just figured that's what basements are for. Being scary.

Geez, I don't know what that so-called black hole could have been. Portal? You seem to already have predicted the sleep hallucination possibility and do not feel that was the case.

Maybe the gecko couldn't resist the force as well as you and got pulled in and finally came back out experiencing a time loss.....Don't ask me to explain the details on that possibility:mellow:  A gecko could not survive 8 months in a garage in Bismarck weather.

As you just bought the house, you probably don't want to have to move already because of this stuff. If you are really uncomfortable you might request the help of serious paranormal specialists who might come out to your house. You would have to research to find one. The usual do-it-yourself fixes are things like sage and other banishment techniques that you can read about on-line.

Go to your general practitioner and ask him what it is and if it might be cancer.

Wait sometime after your pregnancy there are so many off emotions and physical changes you can't be sure what is real during and after giving birth.
The Gecko does blend in right? Still, I know I have had weird disappearances, a large spoon I had on the wall by the stove disappeared and never came back we checked the whole house for this ft long spoon that should never have left the kitchen...so who knows!
