Black Monk Posted February 25, 2018 #1 Share Posted February 25, 2018 Most people prefer their art on their walls not as a permanent fixture of their bodies. But Eli Ink, a 27-year-old tattoo artist from Brighton, England, sees his body as a walking exhibition of his finest work. He has spent the last ten years transforming himself. Tattooing most of his skin black with several coats of ink, dying his eyes and implanting stretchers in his nose and under his bottom lip. The process is far from finished, but the result is striking. Only_ Posted February 25, 2018 #9 Share Posted February 25, 2018 (edited) To each his own. To me, that's crazy AF. But if the dude is happy, who am I to really judge? He pays his bills and taxes, does what he love in life. Edited February 25, 2018 by Clockwork_Spirit
tcgram Posted February 26, 2018 #10 Share Posted February 26, 2018 While it wouldn't be my first choice to do such a thing, if he's happy then so be it.
SHaYap Posted February 26, 2018 #11 Share Posted February 26, 2018 That's the thing isn't it ? It seems to me that he's actually 'unhappy' over something ... to resort to such needs to be happy ... very very unhappy ~

Speaking as a former MRI tech of about 15 years, I wouldn't put him in a scanner on a BET! Dude would be jittering and jiving like a speed freak about 60 seconds into the typical pulse sequence. He could even get burns, not to mention the image quality would be non-existent.
+Hammerclaw Posted February 27, 2018 #16 Share Posted February 27, 2018 Dream Variations To fling my arms wide In some place of the sun, To whirl and to dance Till the white day is done. Then rest at cool evening Beneath a tall tree While night comes on gently, Dark like me— That is my dream! To fling my arms wide In the face of the sun, Dance! Whirl! Whirl! Till the quick day is done. Rest at pale evening . . . A tall, slim tree . . . Night coming tenderly Black like me. Langston Hughes
