It looks more like skull of Parasaur from game Ark Survival but even if it was dragon skull why would it be interesting? There are all kinds of decorative things and tastes and there are numerous pieces of toys which resemble many things :)

That doesn't look like a skull of a dragon. It's something else.

That looks like a clenched skeletal hand. It looks very creepy. Do you have anymore pictures of this?

Well, first of all.....THERE'S NO SUCH THING AS DRAGONS!

Really. I assumed he saw that and knew what it was to not be wierded out by it. I am depressed we weren't all at this Fall festival. If the car park was this amazingly active, imagine how the fest would have been?!

So I put it through photoshop, and it became a lot less distorted. After closer examination, it is pretty obvious that this is a plastic decoration in someone's car.
