Yes it is.  However, some people believe that humans may evolve to such a state as we use less and less on our bodies and more and more of our brains.  Based on that, it probably won't happen. The brain part that is.

On a more serious note, I sincerely hope that this lady is alright  :(. Imagine having to live with an arm in a condition like that. On a sort of positive note, she may well be one of (if not the only) person on Earth with this bizarre condition at the moment.

That is a really weird condition. That your bones disappear. Is it affecting all of her bones, I wonder?
