The Nagas and the Reptilian Extraterrestrials

The dinosaurs of the Cretaceous period were proven to have a warm blooded system, though different than the warm blooded system of mammals. Therefore...I'm speculating that any dinosauroid humanoid that evolved on a different star system on a goldilocks planet, would not be a so called cold blooded reptilian, but a warm blooded dinosauroid, that should have the capability to eventually discover the technology for interstellar travel --- that is --- if the race lived long enough to evolve into highly intelligent sentient beings.

Also assuming that there is such a technology for interstellar travel.
