The presence of which I can vouch for in the area.
ChrLzs Posted May 28, 2018 #27 Share Posted May 28, 2018 A special note to the writer of this article, Aletha Adu (I trust s/he will Google this up one day...) You say in the title the carcass "baffles scientists", and in the text, that "marine boffins" are unable to identify the creature. And yet you quote a scientist saying: Quote When you look at it the first time you may think it is a crocodile, but it is certainly not. There is a big bulge on the base of the skull which is characteristic of a cetacean. We get a reasonable amount of whales and dolphins.. and a local ranger saying: Quote ..he thought it was a porpoise. He said "We have porpoises washing up quite regularly, as well as dolphins and seals I'm not an official marine biologist, but have had a *lot* to do with marine life, and I agree 100% with them. Nothing mysterious about it. Anyways, Aletha, those two pretty positive identifications seem to completely contradict your claims of bafflement. I'm baffled how you call yourself a journalist..
