These are so accurate because there is a Man on the ground pointing a designator at the target.

Maybe, but... the shell doesn't look like it has any optical sensors.

Also, some targets were missed.

Still, you may be right, or, it's one hell-of-a mini internal inertial guidance system.

Even Tomahawks require a Man on the ground with a designator to be totally accurate.
