At least 1,000 Liverpool fans have had their hopes of watching their team play live in the Champions League final dashed in what the city's mayor Joe Anderson has called an "utter shambles".

The cancellation of four flights due to insufficient landing spots at Ukraine's Boryspil Airport means that many fans are now be unable to get to the match which will take place in the city of Kiev in Ukraine on Saturday.

Operator Worldchoice Sports cancelled three flights and Liverpool said a further flight booked through Myriad Travel and Crown Travel was also called off.

Don't blame Karius. Blame Klopp for picking him rather than Mignolet.

And Salah going off early with a shoulder injury didn't help Liverpool either. What a time for him to finally pick up an injury.

Mo Salah might not even recover in time for the World Cup, so far as the news is at the mo ... Sergio did a good hit job like he always does, this kind of nonsense should be out of the modern game when Maradona left and out of all sports with Lance Armstrong

Both our Keepers are poor, so much so supporters where saying give Danny Ward a run. Karius is done for me, far to many mistakes throughout the season culminating in the game last night, bring in Butland or better still try bring in Oblak, We've seen it with Van Dijk quality is what needed. Klopp needs to be decisive as Rafa was with Dudek replacing him with Pepe Renia after winning the Champion league in 2005. for the 2018/19 season we need a new Keeper, Centre back, Midfielder and Striker creating a solid spin in the team.

See if United are willing to sell De Gea.

Shame it didn't go to penalties. I would have liked to see the Karius dance.

Still. You can't blame him for one of the goals - that stunner from Bale.

Bale has become only the second British player to score two goals in a European Cup final after coming on as a sub. The other was Sir Bobby Charlton in 1968.
