LOL Or let's spin it another way - it's taken the entire resources of the US Army seventy one years to clean up the crash site - that must have been one massive UFO that crashed there! 2
paperdyer Posted June 8, 2018 #5 Share Posted June 8, 2018 "The entire experience will showcase the culture of New Mexico and our ranching heritage through fun activities, food, souvenirs and experiences while on the tour." Emphasis on SOUVENIRS! I wonder how many will show with metal detectors to see if they can find a piece of the UFO the government missed? 1

freetoroam Posted June 9, 2018 #12 Share Posted June 9, 2018 V.I.P. tour, i guess they get to see a lab with a rubber alien on a slab. With those prices, i want a trip in "the" flying saucer (i take it they must have fixed the brakes by now). I see there is a bus tour too, what! No tour in a balloon.
stereologist Posted June 9, 2018 #13 Share Posted June 9, 2018 I wonder if they have one of those boards where you stick your head through and the board shows you piloting a saucer about to crash. 3

I have the same observation.......why was it not open to public before? Was it the owners of the land that decided not to have the public trample there land or was it a government decision?

I really doubt anyone is making millions here, just some locals generating some business with some clever entrepreneurung taking advantage of a local legend. Good luck to them I say. Generating jobs is admirable. I'd go if I could.
