Perhaps do a bit of proper reading into it rather than just believing the youtube videos?

I did but the question still remains; it is highly unlike that won't happen but not 100%.

Question remains what if they create s black hole?

It would be incredibly small, have very little mass, and would therefore evaporate almost immediately due to Hawking radiation. We probably wouldn't even notice it had been there.

100% won't happen, due to mass of particles.
