Where does this end, logically?

That's because a woman lost. I guess we just don't have enough crazy people yet. Is California going to erupt again this summer?

Mike Huckabee made a great observation to show how brave the Left is to date.  So far, they have only been targeting women for the most part.

Melania Trump

Sarah Sanders

Kirstjen Nielsen

Pam Bondi

Elaine Chao

Wasn't Elaine Chao defending her husband?

You won't because you can't. Childishly yelling "Nuh-uh!!" doesn't mean s**t without any facts to back it up.

I did say, “for the most part”.  Elaine was just a target of opportunity.  She was about to throw down on that punk in such a way that he’d never leave his safe place ever again.

Priceless!

I wonder if these are part of the Patriot Guard Riders who protect people against the homophobic Westboro Baptist Church?

I've said repeatedly on here that I don't support Antifa and never will. What you're insinuating here is based on a flat-out lie.

Maxine Waters was not calling for physical violence, she was calling for continued protests similar to what was done with Sarah Sanders. I have no problem with that.

No she didn't call for physical violence but there will be liberals that will act it out. Just like it happened during the presidential campaign where a Trump supporter hit a guy with his fist. And we all know how Trump got the crowds riled up.

It’s not just one instance.  It is your body of work.  I can start a collection from this point on if you would like.  The last time I did that, I’d put the quotes as my signature.  You see what it is now.

I just now saw where they will remain closed until July 5th.

But soon, word spread that the restaurant would stay closed. Justin Peery, the owner of Good Place Farms Bed & Breakfast — which hosted the Sanders family last week — said Wilkinson will not reopen the restaurant until July 5.

Oh. Because it looks like Mike Huckabee might have been playing to people's sympathies rather than accurately reporting the facts.

And wasn't Melania recently protested against for wearing a provocative jacket. According to POTUS that she planned on wearing. A jacket that said I don't care, do you? On her way to see the children separated from family at the border.

Free speech is not consequence free because you are female. It was a deliberately offensive jacket.

Personally I think the jacket was slight of hand, designed to give people something else to talk about other than the children at the border. But if you are going to choose to wear something so controversial you can't really get upset when it generates that controversy.

Exactly. You didn't quote me because you can't quote me because I never said such a thing. So instead you opt for vague generalities.

Try and think twice before slandering others.

She didn't call for violence whereas Trump did. There will undoubtedly be both liberals and conservatives who act violently, that's just a statistical certainty. However given that Trump has indeed called for violence in the past, that means that if a conservative commits violence it's at least in part on him.

Also, screw your civility. I've tried my damndest to be civil to Trump supporters while they regularly show absolutely no civility in the slightest. Then they have the audacity to expect civility in return. No, you people deserve to be protested everywhere you go in public. Protests are by definition not meant to be comfortable for the people you're protesting against. If you don't like it then maybe you need to think twice before constantly disparaging everyone other than white male Christian conservatives all the damn time.

Darn, now they will have to reschedule.

I don't remember where I read it, but it is said the woman from The Red Hen followed them to another restaurant across the street. She didn't simply ask them to leave. People can look it up if they so choose.

Priceless! I wonder if they're same idiot's that have threatened other restaurants known as "Red Hen"? Yes they have.

This is born of idiocy.

No. It's that at least three unassociated restaurants named the "Red Hen" have had threats lodged against them (one in Canada).

Is every Trump supporter crazy?, of course not!

I'm am beyond done with conservatives demanding we progressives be civil.

...the list could go on and on.

Trump supporters are one of the most uncivil lot I've ever come across, so to ask for it in return after all this is beyond me. I'm done. I stand with Maxine Waters. You people will be protested like crazy and publicly shamed for the mess you've made. If you don't like it, then get the hints and stop continuing to do what you've been doing. It's as simple as that.

On 6/25/2018 at 2:50 PM, and then said:

Is THIS a road we REALLY wish to begin down?

'No.  Begin might be past tense.  Begun.  Things have been getting nastier for a long time.    I have never thought this is the way it should be or that either side was right.

https://www.cbsnews.com/news/new-data-shows-us-hate-crimes-continued-to-rise-in-2017/

Nationally, levels in 2014 were the lowest since national reporting began in 1992, according to the FBI. Since then, hate crimes have steadily increased. In 2016, the last year with FBI totals available, hate crimes were up 11.7 percent compared to 2014.

We see three factors behind the moderate overall increases in 2016. First, there was a precipitous spike around the election. Second, on top of sustained levels of hate crimes against African-Americans, and a small increase against Jews, were larger percentage increases against other groups. Third, hate crimes increased by double-digit percentages in several large states, including New York, California, Florida and Illinois.

In 2017, our data show that hate crimes rose 12 percent over 2016 levels in 38 of the largest cities. There were 1,038 hate crimes in the nation's 10 largest cities – the highest in more than a decade.

I would say it has already begun.    It was not crazy Maxine Waters that started it, she just threw kerosene on the fire.  Hate , violence both in rhetoric and deed have been rising on both sides.  A restaurant owner asked someone to leave because she didn't like her views.  Not smart for business by within the rules of free speech.  Now Ellaphanella and her storm trooper biker friends want to pull a Krystalnacht retaliation.

President Trump has been feeding separation and violence since he took office.  That is his right, but maybe not good for the country in the long run.  I think even you have threatened violence on this blog more than once, ready to pull out the AK if they push yo too far.

It is both sides.  Close your eyes and blame the other side  nod your head and blame the MSM.  Don't forget  Alex Jones, Rush Limbaugh, Steve Bannon and others that have also made sizeable fortunes spewing out the poison of your favorite flavor.

If it is going to stop, we have to stop it.  Both sides.
