It plainly states exactly otherwise.

No, it doesn't.

I wonder if you are some kind of hard-core "anti-government" type personality.

Would I be right?

Let's arm everyone with assault weapons!

Sounds like putrid gang mentality.

I'm not going to chase you around rhe "Yes it does / No it doesn't" bush but the act clearly delineates state run militias and the unorganized militia as separate and distinct from state run militias.  It's there verbatim.

Read it and weep.

So, you believe that privatized militia is protected by the Constitution?

You would be wrong.

Only State militia.

Who said anything about "privatized militia"-?  Do you know what a Strawman Argument is?

Define "privatized militia".

Citizens determining on their own that they are a militia without State approval.

According to you.  The Militia Act of 1903 codifies that not all militias are "approved" by a state.

I know you don't like that but there it is. Deal with it.

So...when do you gun grabbers plan on confiscating guns from all the people who don't belong to a "State approved militia"-?  Better get started!   The sooner you start, the sooner this can all be done and settled.

I think YOU should be granted the right to have a nuclear weapon.

Don't you??

So, standards of societal "common sense" necessarily overrides the individual.

Other people actually matter...

Still waiting on someone to post the vaunted "Constitution of Common Sense"...

"Common Sense" usually equates to what the individual spouting said common sense thinks is a good idea at the moment.

Sticking to what is codified as Constitutional Law trumps any nebulous ideas of "common sense".

"Common sense" is nebulous?

Whoa, never heard that before...

Yeah, you struck me as the type whose mother always told you how "You're mommy's special princess and everything you say is just so precious!"

I'm sure a little push back is a novel experience.

Enjoy! Ride the wave of a newly experienced sensation.

What functional reason is there for you to have a 20 round clip?

Please tell me.

Who said anything about a 20 round clip?

But you first: what is the "functional reason" for a TEN round clip-?

(Or a 10 rd magazine, for that matter.)

I think everyone should have a hundred round clip, you know, in case the government gets weird.

Right?
