[Solved] Necro posting warning.

Hi mods,

Is there any mechanism to warn someone that they are about to necro post when they view a thread/hit the reply button/try to post their reply?

3 or 6 months after the date of the last post could be a suitable trigger if possible.

It would be good for everyone. Sometimes it’s funny, but usually annoying.

Unfortunately no, the forum software doesn't have a feature like that.

What is the software? Is it still a product which can be updated?

Edit: Just asking because it is software that is surely used alongside and external to UM, and the change may be benificial to mutiple end users.

We use Invision Board, it is still in active development but there are no plans for a feature like this as far as I know.
