The description of Will is really choice making. The word 'Will' implies the energy of intent which was never really spoken about. The part about Know the Self is missing essential core information. This is a dynamic which most of us evaluate using strictly our intellect. Human consciousness however is much more than what our brain can construct. We are influenced by aspects of Self which are eternal and divine as well as aspects of self which are dark and ignorant. Until you deal with these aspects of self in a conscious manner, you can not know the self as I see these things. Overall I would say it is a helpful video.
