And if the whore's lawyer is just a liar working as part of a plan to take an honorable man down?  THEN what?  Or maybe you've seen some proof of what he's said to have done?  Those who would see this man destroyed without proof are disgusting hypocrites, IMO.  Hypocrites because they would NEVER agree that it was justice if THEY were treated in the same way.  NEVER.

You know better than to call a woman a whore.

You're really gonna slander Daniels like you've never watched porn in your life? Grow up.

This isn't some grand conspiracy. This is a disgusting sexual predator, that you voted for and support for some ****ed up reason, picking another predator for the supreme court cause he will argue that a sitting president cant be prosecuted.

Avenatti actually has built himself up a bit of credibility by all the proof that came to light with the whole Trump/Stormy Daniels thing.  Hard to call a guy a liar when he delivered in the past.

They'll just argue that he's part of the "deep state" conspiracy and dismiss everything as fake news because nothing matters, opinions and lies are now facts, the world is on fire, and somehow everything the baby boomers ****ed up is the fault of millennials.

It would be nice if President Trump kept his insinuations and derogatory comments to himself. He's not being very helpful to the Republicans and everyone else involved in this matter. And some of us in the public are starting to feel alienated by him from his comments towards Ford, because some of us have been through similar experiences like she has or even worse. He was doing good keeping his comments to a positive minimum a couple of weeks, but then he failed and started in on her. Not good. :td:

I agree that Donald Trump should definitely refrain from his compulsion to tweet more often. But alas, I simply cannot see that ever happening

Under the circumstances, and as far as these type of allegations are concerned with Kavanaugh...he really is the last person who should be chiming in..especially since it's no secret concerning the oodles of allegations made by many women towards him. Which brings to mind, the recent saga of Daniels and the McDougal case....which of course is another story.

So this isn't really about him per se...it's about the man (Kavanaugh) who up until now (as many had thought) had a spotless record. Unlike Mr Trump who's rather well known to be a womaniser anyway.

Besides (in short) it seems to me he has already got enough to worry about with Mueller breathing down the back of his neck.

Next couple days should be interesting.

Damn those are some pretty specific questions. Clearly he is not just shooting blind here.

There's some stuff about specific sayings in yearbook quotes, as well, that I can't post here cause it would just all be censored. Check out Avenatti's twitter.

Also, according to this newest article, republicans knew about this other woman for at least the last week. They then attempted to speed up the confirmation process to get Kavanaugh through before this article hit.

Super classy.

Moderator Note:

After reading through this thread I have seen some very poor examples of behavior and I am unimpressed.

Kismit Note: The term innocent until proven guilty is a term that is used when referring to somebody accused of something  and for somebody making accusations.

If you truly wish to play the innocent until proven guilty card, do not automatically jump to the conclusion that either party is guilty based on gut feeling.

Now let's try and play nicely.

She willingly sells her body for sex.  The terminology is accurate.  The only mistake I made was to not use the term pimp for Avenatti.  This whole situation is a loose conspiracy and if it were to work our government will be one step closer to total tyranny.  You folks think that because you have the magical media and about half of the country dimwitted enough to allow it to think for them that you've somehow "won" something.  All you'll get is violence and anarchy once the Left tries to impose its will unconstitutionally.  All of you should consider what America will look like if you manage to steamroll the balance of opinion and take control of the government.  There will never be another 8 years like Obama's without bloodshed.  Docile acceptance is OVER and you'll see what "resistance" really looks like if you try it.  This nation was born out of respect for law and compromise.  Using political slander like a bunch of bottom feeders will never crush the spirit of free-thinking men and women.  It will just motivate them to anger.

You know, at first I thought this was just going to be another "He said, She said", but after looking at all the stuff that is popping up it sure seems a lot more than that.  Having a friend/witness write a memoir about the same time period with stuff that is tantamount to a confession in it.  Kavanaugh's yearbook using slang for a three-way and talking about the 100 kegs tying him to the memoir parties.  Additional women coming forth.  Etc.   If Avenatti's newest witness truly has proof of the latest, it's just going to get worse.  Kavanaugh might be looking at more than just losing the Supreme Court spot.

So , um , bro, you really should read the rest of your post and see if it fits with the quoted sentence.

The legal process for nominating a judge is working the way its supposed to and you're talking about violence?

The proper terminology for Ms. Daniels occupation is one of; Sex Industry Worker, Adult Film Actor, or Director. not whore.

Michael Avenatti is an attorney not a pimp.

So some republicans actually admitted this... if so did they give their names ?

McConnell and some other guy. Grassely or something. I'm out right now and dont have the info in front of me. Their staffers were contacted about the article last week.

It's the entire reason that letter exists with 65 women  saying Kavanaugh didn't assault them, which is a pretty low bar

Well, it's too bad that those running for President / and or other leadership don't come under the same type of scrutiny as having a spotless reputation before they are elected. Oh, such irony.

Whether these accusations are proven to be true or not concerning this man's distant past...I think that his newly appointed position will become more and more out of reach as the days go by. Honestly, I think he should withdraw...as his name is now tarnished and most likely will never be redeemed again.

That's the thing... nothing can be actually proven .... there is just the damage to reputation whether
it's true or not... and if one woman can 'remember' something damning that can't be proved one
way or the other... then why not two, three, four.... there is safety in numbers and this may be pre planned
move to prevent Ford having to answer to the Senate Committee by trying to force a withdrawal or getting
the GOP and Trump to back down...

This could all still backfire on the Democrats though because although their die hard supporters
and the Trump Detractors will be enjoying this little drama.... the majority of more moderate voters
won't like it if they suspect this is all a frame up for political advantage..

Politically speaking this could all be a push for female voters in the coming Mid Term elections...
and there could be desperation setting in as Democrats are loosing their grip on Women voters, Black and
Hispanic voters...

for example..

Republican wins Texas district held by Dems for 139 years

I don't think he will want to withdraw because that would be seen as an admission of guilt or defeat -

Yes that makes Brett Kavanaugh and roughly 3 billion other men who can say there are 75 women on earth who they havent assaulted.

Perhaps they're lying. Maybe we should go through their social media to see what their politics are like you advocated we do to Ford?
