STOCKHOLM (AFP) - A Swedish couple, the Urges, are fighting beverage giant Coca-Cola over the launch of a soft drink called "Urge" claiming it infringes the right to their family name.

Jan and Lena Urge have been fighting tooth and nail to prevent their name being used for grapefruit-flavoured soft drink with a high caffeine content, known in the United States as "Surge".
