If by sexual assault you mean rape, then no of course not. But Judge Kavanaugh did not rape this women, he was merely accused of touching her inappropriately. True liberty enables one to live a righteous life that pleases God. And this only due to Christ's sacrifice on the cross and bodily resurrection from the grave.
