I would think that you have to disclose it to your employer.   Then they will have an option of moving you to a less hazardous position.   I don't think there is any chance that a company would allow someone who tests positive for pot to operate large equipment.   Nor should they.   I know that at the plant I work at, there are very few positions that not dangerous.   We take safety very seriously and would not allow anyone to be here if we knew they were under the influence.   With there not being a good test to show that with pot, it ties the hands a bit.
