Neither was Trump at the time when all of this happened.

When Trump was accused? He was running for President...

Strange that you don't seem to think that this applies to Hillary. Or any Democrat come to think of it.

She had a unsecured private server conducting official business.

Executive Order 13526 and 18 U.S.C Sec. 793(f) of the federal code make it unlawful to send of store classified information on personal email.

Section 1236.22 of the 2009 National Archives and Records Administration (NARA)

Violation of the Freedom Of Information Act (FOIA)

This is not a case of whether or not she may have, but she did violate these and she wasn't held to account.....because..........Oh heck let your mind run wild with this. ;)

Sauce for the goose. In any event, it would take more than an unsubstantiated allegation for the LAPD to actually arrest him.

The LAPD automatically arrest anyone accused of domestic abuse. It's the law.

No, when the deal went down he was a civilian, not an elected official.

You know, I give you money for a romp in the hay. That all happened before he was an elected official.

Nott without evidence. This was a real time event, with a freshly battered woman and her assailant trying to intervene.

I read he's been charged with a felony.  They must have some serious evidence against him.

It was standing in front of them.

'When a peace officer is responding to a call alleging a violation of a domestic violence protective or restraining order issued under Section 527.6 of the Code of Civil Procedure, the Family Code, Section 136.2, 646.91, or paragraph (2) of subdivision (a) of Section 1203.097 of this code, Section 213.5 or 15657.03 of the Welfare and Institutions Code.... .... the officer shall, consistent with subdivision (b) of Section 13701, make a lawful arrest of the person without a warrant and take that person into custody whether or not the violation occurred in the presence of the arresting officer.'

They're required to make an automatic arrest without any evidence other than the accusation.

unfortunately they really do not need any evidence beyond a report,  they do not necessarily will look for you to arrest, they will call you and ask to come for an interview to a police station,  once you are there 99% you will be arrested, you never go to such interviews without a lawyer.

of course if there is a beat up women right in front of them it is a different story

Say, whatever happened to my good buddy @Aquila King

I miss talking with the guy.  He was such a font of political wisdom and sanity.  A good old fashioned, red blooded American patriot.

Yeah. That didn't happen when he was in office.

Right. And why does that matter? No one has any issue with him sleeping with Stormy.

She has to answer questions about her emails and her server setup.

Hey thats good stuff!

Based on the two questions I dont think it will actually go anywhere but its nice to see this being pursued to a final end.

Cry me a river.  They're public figures, one is a despicable un-humorus comic who I despised waaaay before the whole trump head thing (incase you think that's why I don't like her) and the other is a porn star/over priced prostitute.  Oh but whatever you do don't disparage women because they are delicate and perfect and don't fart. Go find something offensive to be offended by.

This is kind of a load of crap. Neither all women nor all men are pillars of respectability.  They are neither delicate not perfect but they deserve to be treated as people not locker room jokes by you and Yeti Pubes.  The reason I am angry at Stormy is that I can never play Mario Karts again without thinking of the President.  What an awful fate.  No escape.

Yeah but he did that on my time, on my dime in a house paid for by we the people...not to mention the house he was living in with his wife and daughter at the time. The most prestigious room in the most prestigious building in the world used to overwhelm a young, innocent girl.

Excuse me when did I make a locker room joke about the prostitute or the un-funny comic?
