These presidents have the wheel, but its those down in the engine room who ultimately have control. Trump could serve one term maybe two, and then replaced by some one else. America as a superpower is going nowhere they'll achieve and define an era similar to pax britannica. The only rival the Anglosphere face is China. Russia is a busted flush, if they try to go toe to toe with the USA they'll bankrupt themselves like they did in 1990.
