Mexican army and police infiltrated with cartel people, as well as gvmnt, i would not expect them to do anything about cartels,  and that is pretty much what happens, if it was not for dea, cartels would be running the country openly.

you mean the same way 19 hijackers on 9\11 were only linked to Taliban. that sure did not stop them from killing over 3000

it does not matter if you are high ranking gangster, or just been recruited, you ARE gang member, period.  same with isis.

and as far as no Guatemalans have been terrorists, lol, so what, there are plenty of violent criminals from Guatemala here in USA,  there is absolutely nothing stopping them to commit crimes for isis instead of another gang.  i have no doubt isis can hold someone's family hostage and make them do what isis tells them.

all of it is very possible and likely to happen.

The 9/11 hijackers weren't linked to the Taliban at all.  They were part of Al Qaida.  The only link with the Taliban was them not giving up Bin Ladin when he was hiding in Afghanistan.

It's why we are negotiating with them: https://www.aljazeera.com/news/2018/07/ready-direct-talks-afghan-taliban-180716163415414.html

my bad, AQ, not Taliban, but it makes no difference, it does not really negate what i said.

What negates what you are saying is the fact that you are basing you claim on what was said by a politician.  Perhaps if you linked the names of these 100 "terrorists" and what their link is, you would have a bit of clarity in your argument.

I mean, Trump said seven steel mills were opening.  Even Fox had to out it as just BS: https://www.foxbusiness.com/markets/ap-fact-check-trump-says-us-steel-opening-mills-not-so

Your whole argument is based on what a Guatemalan politician said.  I merely saying you should trust his words about the same as Trump's.

I thought it was 6 mills??  It actually doesn’t matter.  That’s not what Trump said.  He saw the raw numbers.  If it takes 1000 people to properly run a mill and the estimate is that 6000 new manufacturing jobs are opening up… Guess what?  That’s the equivalent of six new mills.  That’s how Trump thinks (raw resources).  He doesn’t seem to worry about how it translates.  And for all practical purposes, it doesn’t matter.  Only people that hate Trump will make something out of nothing.

Well sure they may be but if that was his point he attempted to communicate it in a p*** poor manner. I marked your post funny because I thought you were saying his directions on how to google were correct

Incorrect, I stated use your favorite search engine. Google is a popular  search engine yes, but I did not mention it by name.

I did not make one false statement. But you have an opinion about my post. So my opinion of your opinion is it was a weak attempt to discredit the facts contained within it. I think the new term is called "triggered"?

Well, you would be wrong.  Trump is nice enough to say what he says on recorded media.

Trump says things that are very clear to Conservatives.  Progressives are clueless and go out of their way to twist everything he says.  they prove that all the time.  They don’t even try to use common sense.  But if they did that, they wouldn’t have any excuse to attack Trump.

Honestly, I don't think conservatives listen to what Trump says at all.  Aztek demonstrated that to some degree with his previous posts.

It ''inspired me to have a look as well... right click on image... scroll down to 'search google for image'... click...

that image is in a lot of places... including tweets like this

It was the same with the migrant / refugee 'invasion' of Europe... mostly men (young men)
although that situation was complicated by Angela Merkel issuing an invitation
to Germany for anyone from Syria to come if they could get there..

edit to add.... she didn't take it to a vote of any kind she just issued the invitation
and single handedly created the migrant 'crisis'..

And the MSM would always try to find a woman to get in shot... or better still a crying child..

While I was having a dot around for the image and similar images... there was one of a
young man in a Superman shirt who appeared to be confronting a riot policeman holding a
riot shield... he was carrying a terrified child who was crying... it just looked to me like he
was using the child as a kind of human shield... like don't touch me I've got a child...
I can't find that particular image again now to post it here...

In the tweet above it says that there were some women and children at the front....
I am very cynical about that... and see it as weaponizing the women and children and
using them for propaganda images... the MSM love that...

Anyway... I see you got chastised for your post.... .....

Hi Bee! Long time no chat lol. Good to see you and hope you and the family are well. It's hard to believe we've been members on this site for 13 years now lol where does time go....

Wellll what happened, was, I was reading along in the thread and saw LikelyGuys post asking if a pic had a source link. I thought, why wait? So I had look for myself. After I did, I thought it was easy, so i explained how I did it and what I saw. Then thanked LikelyGuy for the inspiration because, I'll admit, I never had a look for myself.

The only chastising I would take seriously here would have to come from a moderator. I've been scolded for being to harsh by RG a few times in the past but it was deservered. He's the exception lol

The cat is out of the bag in the US. It was on the local news last night that the Socialist movement is gaining momentum here. They seek to steal the wealth WE worked for and redistribute it as they see fit. And of course abolish the electoral college and ban firearm ownership.

Anyway, back to the topic, I'm following this on FB and it appears there's a new twist to this trainwreck in progress. Remember the militia? They're organizing as we speak. Someone didn't think about the wildcard when they planned this.

You aren't far off...something like only 5% of the GOP actually voted him in 2016

Sadly, most of the party line followers don't even know the names of the candidates they vote for, let alone what they say.  Trump has name brand, I'll give him that.  But he's no true conservative.

That's because the swing vote controls who wins or loses an election.

yea, i agree, i do not listen to him much, but you just can't escape it when every tv news shows him and nothing but him,  however when we do, we pay no attention to details, knowing he'll probably screw that up, but he get the idea right. like that tweet, or he was just caught on tape saying it, that Chevy camaro cost 120k in china,  well he is not correct on a number but correct in general,  fully loaded camaro costs here 60k, in china with tariffs it would cost 2x as much, but teh fact is fully loaded camaro is not sold in china, they sell base model that cost 25k here,  for 50+ in china, and that is a fact, so he is wrong and right at the same time.

we just separate noise from ideas, libs only care about the noise, thus they concentrate on every thing he said wrong and make big deal out of it, completely ignoring  concepts that he got right. we see tons of it here, "trump said this, trump said that" lol

He's historically Democrat, as we all know by now.

I was referring to the boys already in Washington. It's a misconception that the Republican party was fully supporting him during the election. Most of them can't stand working with him because he's disrupting their usual business..

Oh yeah he's a liberal but he's the good kind. I can deal with a Centrist.

Quite honestly, I didn't see much of anyone supporting him lol. 99% of what I saw was negative against him. What happened was the swing vote saw the country going down the crapper of socialism and voted to have the crapper cleaned up. I can see why they don't like working around him. He makes them work!!

I don’t think he did.  I looked over that sequence again.  He may not care for Trump, but he doesn’t put words into his mouth.

well yes, i do.  their prez really did say 100 people linked to isis,  and yes i have more reasons to believe him than not,   that is very different than going over every word of someones tweet, or recording, with a fine tooth comb, and protest every tiny inaccuracy,. all i care is that we know that 100 isis linked ppl were arrested in Guatemala.

is there a chance he is outright lying, and it never happened?  sure, but odds are very slim,  more likely he is telling the truth.

One way to solve all this is to Coordinate with the Mexican a GOV and allow the country of Mexican become a STATE of the US. THEN Line up the military and scour the whole country and DELETE all those who contribute to the Drug trade for starters. PROBLEM SOLVED.

That's why I voted for him.  i wanted to shake things up a bit and Trump is the closest thing to a third party that was available.

The Mexican army may be a little preoccupied with the cartel?

But that's every day. Surely they could spare enough during this well publicized event to make it look like the are trying.
