It's Ginger... probably climbed the mountain to escape the taunts and bullying from other cats.

My first guess would be that they carried their pet up there, but if people can make it up the mountain I don't see why a cat couldn't.

Sometimes cats follow people or someone brought the cat to the mountain i hope someone brings it with him down before it gets too cold otherwise it's one cool cat.
