I made my own super villain/hero

The Contracted Supervillian known as "THE FINESSER" , had been heading to Earth prior to being met by members from the "YOUNG JUSTICE LEAGUE". Although the android  managed to escape , the  program that enabled it to travel between dimensions while achieving its  physical manifestation had been damaged .The then teen known as "Charles Carter" had been looking up at the night sky right before the clashing ended and made a wish on the "shooting star" .  Being that the Android can know when it's detected , it heard and saw Charles from space  and planned to take his  physique over to remain in our dimension but when it got there it was just a mere mask ... The villain doesn't control Charles fully but sometimes it takes him over to do bad. Charles would be oblivious to this but the News stations across the world keep reporting the epidemics.

Ah, the old shooting-star-hyperdimensional-mask chestnut.

Nah, I'm just messing (that pic is from George A Romero's Bruser). Your idea has more legs, I think.

You have to really work the old good vs evil struggle within us all/out there in the world hard with this scenario, but it can be done.

Give the bad guy a flaw though, like a liking for cats, something endearing to many like that. Total carnage and he pauses to pick up a kitten and get it out of danger, that sort of thing.
