Well, tell us your theory.

Not to insult you, or others here, but that old saying goes here. "Do not cast your pearls before swine." I have thrown a couple of pearls around here before, and they were just quickly trampled on before I had a chance to cast out some more. The ground here is not fertile enough for sowing my seeds in earnest.  And this place is just another of Adonis' garden.

Would a husbandman, who is a man of sense, take the seeds, which he values and which he wishes to bear fruit, and in sober seriousness plant them during the heat of summer, in some garden of Adonis, that he may rejoice when he sees them in eight days appearing in beauty? at least he would do so, if at all, only for the sake of amusement and pastime. But when he is in earnest he sows in fitting soil, and practices husbandry, and is satisfied if in
eight months the seeds which he has sown arrive at perfection?

I can say it better to you, and with less words....you birdbrain! Your mind is flying in a caged aviary! And you are correct, I'm willfully blind, but only when it comes to your grandiose idiotic statements.  You are just a perfect picture of what a fool believes.

The only bird brain here is the idiot who believes in an 11,000 year old sea faring empire that was cast into the sea by the wrath of Poseidon.

And without a shred of textual and archaeological evidence to support such idiocy mind you.

do you have any idea just how disappointed i am with you? ever since we started talking i thought we were friends and have developed a sudden interest in all things North American Indians. I'm not ashamed to say that i looked up to you even if I'm a foot taller than you. even thinking of resurrecting the Mohican tribe. (not joining yours so don't bother asking-its too weak, full of tall stories and too vego for me). i watched the Last of the Mohicans and i think they're a noble clan that I'm gonna bring them back (you're not invited).

Are you actually under the terminal misconception that the "Mohicans" represent a clan? Do you have any studied concept of Indigenous North American social structure?

I'm just, voluntarily, being the scapegoat for all those others who put forth beliefs in some kind of a real Atlantis. In other words, I lay down a dump and all the flies come swarming around me, thereby giving temporary repose to the others. Sartre's The Flies?

Yes, you certainly have laid down a dump.  That is about all your posts are worth.

No doubt my mind fits my given name! I'm crazy alright! Jay may not appreciate the sex change. But believe it or not, in Plato's Atlantis there is a very well coded mentioning of Pocahontas.

Wisdom and knowledge such as posting a picture of a dead whale on a beach and claiming that's evidence for Atlantis in the Sahara?

Cormac is more qualified than I to discuss prehistoric landscapes, as that is not my area of specialization.  But I do know enough that whale bones on a beach does not constitute evidence of much anything, other than dead whales sometimes wash up on shore.

As for the existence of Atlantis, I believe I summarized my position nicely in my about post to Petty Talk.  I seem to recall posting the same argument on your thread some months back.

Cormac has recently admitted to lying about that. of course he didn't say he lied and just muffled around the issue but i exposed him and many others might i add from taking liberties with the truth. the evil cabal is slowly imploding.

Alright, I think you deserve the opportunity to explain how dead whale bones on a beach constitutes evidence for Atlantis.

Go for it.  Bedazzle me.

i don't know. thats why the mysteries of the Sahara just might hold the key to the Atlantis.

Until some pretty solid archaeological evidence is forthcoming, I am going to remain highly skeptical about Atlantis being anything more than a moral allegory.

When I get the time, I am considering beginning a non-Atlantis lost civilizations thread.  I presume we are all tired of the Atlantis discussion.

Whoever would like to see this thread, please like this post.  If I can get a high enough tally, the thread will go up shortly.
