Just wondering how this will work out. Farmers aren't sure it will pass anytime soon.

Starting to look like California is nutter than a peanut butter factory.

I'm on the east coast. I hardly care what's happening on the west coast. Maybe all the cow farts are what's causing Cally to perpetually burn.

I have family there on the Jap-Indian side. Pretty people in San Diego, but crazier than ****.

A year after this law was passed, it was still being praised. It is not supposed to be mandated until 2024. I just don't know how this is going to work.

Since it would be impossible to actually measure such emissions it will probably culminate with a tax on dairy farmers- passed on to the customers, of course - of something akin to "carbon credits" based on the size of the herd.  It's just another Liberal scheme to tax business.  They have needy "immigrants" to feed, clothe, house, "educate" and keep healthy, after all.  What was once rightly called the "Golden State" has become an intentionally failed state.  It's sad to see what was once so vibrant and beautiful be torn down like this.

It doesn't sound like those cows are going to be happy much longer. How can you stop a cow from releasing gas? I can see burying cowpies, but how can you stop them from honking?

You know what happens! All animal life on Earth!

You know. The best solution would be to harvest the methane.

There seems to be some ways to do that. It's been looked at since 2014. Cattle are one of the earliest animals to be domesticated by man, thousands of years ago. Why all of a sudden? What happened? Is it the feed given to cattle? And what about other animals? Manure was spread by farmers for centuries as fertilizer.

Dairy groups are saying the cows release gas to keep them from exploding.

Wisconsin is also talking to it's farmers. Theirs is more about the manure. Here's a pretty good article. Sounds more expensive than most dairy farmers are going to be able to afford. Why do I see dairy products jumping in price and more imitation dairy products on shelves?
