Insanely dumb is believing that by trying to feed the hungry, that no one will be starving or that anything will change. Food is just a temporary fix to hunger, education is however permanent.

Yep, there will be people starving all the time, never insinuated otherwise, education quite good yeah, probably better than food but without food, try to learn buddy?

But was it dumb is wasting resources for nothing... and that thing is wasting resources for nothing.

They're starving because they're uneducated, they're not uneducated because they're hungry. Those resources are not wasteful, someone is benefiting from it whether it's economically or through inspiration. Unfortunately the fact of the matter is, you came just to virtue signal. I heard this starving crap since forever, always coming from the people who are no better than those they try to shame. Maybe he does donate to local charities which he has no obligation to do whatsoever. Explain how any of that has to do with you? Do you donate to charities? Do you feed the people in starving countries? Do you house the homeless?

You hypocrite, first take the plank out of your own eye, and then you will see clearly to remove the speck from your brother's eye. (Matthew 7:5)

At the end of the day, what he owns and does with his resources, is none of your concern, nor is it wasteful. Stop pushing this communistic agenda.

Because it's his money, not yours. How would you feel if someone told you how you should use your money? That's just ridiculous. You sound like a politician.

Im not arguing his right to spend his money how he wants. Doesn't make it anymore of a waste. If I spent my entire paycheck on pogs and someone pointed out how stupid it was, they'd have a point.

Telling people what they can or cannot do with their own money is communist, even socialist. Make your own pay and do what you want, don't tell others what they can or cannot do with their own money that they worked hard for. If you got an issue, get a job and do what you feel is right and not wasteful.

What is waste, is a matter of opinion. As they say, one man's trash is another man's treasure. Stupid is listening to other people tell you what's considered wasteful and believing it. Someone is making a living off of that product while providing jobs and benefits for others. That money then goes back into the community to continue to produce and have higher standards of living. You, like others on the forum, don't even understand the basics of economics. However you bring your opinion in attempt to virtue signal, thinking you're in the right when you have no idea of what you're talking about. Not even in the slightest.
