ChrLzs Posted December 13, 2018 #6 Share Posted December 13, 2018 (edited) The 'orb' is out of focus, not just from motion, but also being too close to the camera. Just like a bug (maybe a butterfly or moth or beetle) would be. And if it is close to the camera, the rules of perspective and angular velocity mean that yes, it will appear to go really fast.
