with logic i can give Details About the Body of the creatures. in the Ocean the octopusses have "suckers" to hold the booty that they dont swim away. But a flying octupus dont Need to hold the booty that they fly away because bird are too small for them to eat. It s a good Hunting strategy to fly with the booty in extrem high and let them fall that they die. Like elephants or huge walrus. And this is why this creature can be involved in the paulides cases because no injuries and attack from air. With "suckers" this creatures would leave behind more traces.

against the Theory that this is a new phenomenom speaks that Caspar david Friedrich Maybe painted those creatures in 1800 in the painting "der Mönch am Meer".

I make the contrast higher and can see creatures in the fog… hughe heads and lines…. Maybe the octopusses.

Did C'thulhu tell you to say that?  The greatest trick C'thulhu ever played was getting a fiction author to write about him so people would discount the possibility of his being real.  You have clearly never had to deal with C'thulhu cultists in your neighborhood.  I'm from New England, and they're an issue.  I would advise you to avoid Danvers and the Hockomock Swamp.  Also, don't pry into how Braintree MA got its name.  It is a question you just don't want to know the answer to, because once you know it, you can't un-know it.  A bit like seeing Goatse.cx

cthulhu is rising. interesting that the creature in the antarctic .looks nearly excatly how we imagine cthulhu. the newest example is tome of Madness Casino game. But i think it is two eyes and without wings.. he have gas or something in the Body which launched give him Speed.

and cthuluhu is only a Name.. it can be fiction but this dont mean that there is no tentacle creature that controls human and watch us with his 35 meters eyes from above...

if you look to the sky without moving the eye pupil (rigid look) you could see Things like on the Picture. A friend saw it too i didnt tell him from the semicircle they made - he say he see a semicircle too. 
Another friend directly had the Theory this is bactery on eyes or retina Damage from the sun.
But it could be hidden octopus species - try yourself. At night it works too.

At day they are blurry dark Grey dots which moving.

I thought about all the theories i wrote here:

Henry mccabe died different i think… the paulides cases have many fake Information maybe. And it seems that they are in the atmosphere and not in lakes. The Bodys must be traces if someone drunken like this or found elsewhere.

A life form that is so far evoluted could be to a high rate peaceful that they dont do it like this in the paulides cases and they are very big because of this they are stay in hugh high or empty places  (like the lifeform in antarctic)..

Could be Bigfoot in the paulides cases. Maybe they only watched it and this is why weather changed.

the ommastrephes bartramii (neon flying squid) is a water life form that try to use sky as life space. It goes in the same Evolution direction. Maybe those giant life forms in the atmosphere made the same Evolution step for Billion years ago. On the earth or another planet.

i answer your Question. If the neon flying squid can adapt by flying in the air without wings then its possible that other squid/octopus similar life form blending into sky/Clouds. If every neon squid flying 1 mm further then the parents because of evolution then in Million years he could fly to mars. But it has borders i think.. those Evolution.

But those neon squids leave the element in which they are. That means that they are could leave this planet with evolution. At first they adapt at sky and then if they are complete adapted they adapted to the space. Every neon squid fly a Little bit further in the space until they reach new planet or can hide for enemies.

i am waiting for a new satellite picture of the region. if the black structure away i speaks for the theory. But it could be part of a satellite or meteroid or something complete different. since i look at those creatures i saw black shadows. if i focus at night (rare at day) something. Someone call them Fleck (Flecken) maybe there are different from the lifeform like ghosts or something. i dont think that people are in danger of the lifeform in antarctic if its true...its far away from human settlements.
