That's why Socialism is gaining a following here in the US...Vote with someone else's pocket book!

Lol. Yeah and it was gaining a following back in the 60's & early 70's too, with the Baby Boomers and look were most of them are now. Conservative and retired, while telling the younger generations in general "It's a bad idea." Now I wonder what changed most of their minds about Socialism...Oh yeah, money they earned in their own pocket books over the years and are living off in their golden years. ;)

So all I see now is a historical political repeat of 60's & early 70's.

True but back in those days conservatives were the ones ok with government the way it stood, the more progressive or liberal had little for and a distrust of "the man" = government...

Today both sides can't stand each others form of government, but both sides NEED MORE government!

AOC wants a empire of government run dependency going by accordance of the "Green Deal",and Republicans talk the talk to try and pull in Libertarians, but they aren't really fooling anybody...they love big gov aswell.

Indeed! But when you say the Repubs love big gov as well, you're talking about corporate type government...right? Or did you mean another type of big gov they're wanting.

Mostly corporate, but even the Republicans can't avoid taking advantage of a good tragic event if it gives great amounts of power to the gov...

Remember the Patriot act?...

Lol. That's pretty good, AK. Nice! But seriously, deep down you know the old school Dems are not going let old Bernie win to run up against Trump. Ya'll better put all your support behind Biden. That way, at least you got a 50/50 chance.

It may be true that the DNC rigged the primary against Bernie back in 2016. However despite that he went from a no-name Senator from Vermont with zero name recognition and practically no support behind him, to winning 22 states as well as 46% of the vote.

Now he has the name recognition, and people are aware of the corruption. Furthermore, Bernie Sanders is the most popular Senator in the country.

I'd say he has a significantly larger chance of winning than last time.

And you don’t think they’ll rig it again in some way so that he will lose popularity and votes? I mean it's suspect to me they’re already starting in on him, trying to center the main blame on him from the sexual harassment problems that happened in his 2016 campaign. I’m suspicious they’re building a case against him to try and force him to drop out.

That right there, is a favorite dirty politics trick that both sides use to get rid of competing candidates, like they’ve done in the past.

Well what's the alternative? Give up without even trying?

Not a chance man.

Every time we get knocked down we'll just keep getting back up. I don't deny they'll try every dirty trick in the book. But that doesn't mean we shouldn't keep fighting for what we believe in.

No don't ever give up. Hell that's the worse thing you could do. I'm not trying to burst your bubble of hope here. I'm just saying he's up against a lot of powerful groups of people in the Dem party that are going to make sure he doesn't win. They don't like too many socialist ideas, they don't want it. The corporations that feed their back pocket don't want it either. What happened to him in 2016 sayz a lot about the type of people he's up against.

This is one of the strange situations setting up for the next few elections, those in the Republican party who are old school against the newer type of Republican voter...and the old school Dems vs the social dems...

I'm just waiting to see which come to terms with "the enemy of my enemy is my friend" first...

Could be some real "odd" pairings and alliances in the future...

Yeah you never know. It's going to be interesting to see what happens before and after 2020. The things that happen in politics can throw you for a loop sometimes.

Glad you beat me to it andthen it is racist.

Elizabeth Warren is a poser.  Make fun of her or disagree with her policies.all you want.  No need to go after Indians who are just trying to live their lives.  Native people will take care of her false claims.  All you need to do is support or disagree with her  policies  And yes it bothers me personally that you take cheap shots and make a meme and stereotype of my friends who are also true and patriotic Americans.

I watched most of her recent Townhall in Mississippi. It wasn’t bad.

After Trump, I’m willing to listen to just about anybody,  unless they are from Texas.

I’m amazed to see Democrats finally using religion to help justify some of their ideas. The biggest question I have now is what took them so long?

Now that the people have been robbed, it may be too late to unrob them, leaving only one real solution.  Grandma Moses .... ;)

This also helps explain what a disaster Bill Clinton really was to the Democratic Party. The Republicans helped make sure that Clinton had no moral authority. Now the tables are turned, and the disaster has been multiplied for the Republicans, a thousandfold.

57 counties...where most people live.  Sure, Trump may have won in East Bumwipe, Montana, where 3 cows and 2 people live.  I think that pales in comparison in importance to, say West Atlanta, where hundreds of thousands of people live.  Li'l Chuck's example is inane.

She's an idiot and a panderer. Also kind of a fraud with the whole Indian thing and a race baiter with the reparations talk.

Politics mostly aside Warren, Biden, Trump, Clinton, Bush I am so damn sick and tired of Baby Boom white people.  I look at them and just see my parents and think of the dumb crap my parents have done.  Sorry if that is you gentle reader.  Hippies suck, 70's paisley wearing people suck.  My mom dressed me up like that, I sucked!

I saw her on CNN tonight, and I didn’t like what I saw. It was too fake, like she wants it too much or something.

She’s a great cheerleader for liberal causes and views, but there’s something missing in her connection as a human being. I don’t connect with her.

Maybe you think rule of the mob is a good thing.  America's Founders knew better and put a huge obstacle in its way.  Anyone that tries to decree it away in a legislative ruling or a judicial diktat is going to start a crap-storm they aren't ready for.  As the guy in TOP GUN said - "your ego is writing checks your body can't cash" :w00t:

She seems homely to me like if you asked her politely for a campaign shirt she would knit one right up!
