My Japanese-Algonquian diet seems to work. But it includes not eating American food.

Hey Piney, whatever works. But what is American food? Meat and potatoes?

Store bought beef and white potatoes among other yucky tasting things like fast food and junk food.

Lots of Jasmine rice, lots of fish, lots of green, red and yellow stuff and some Amish pork, eggs and chicken.

Now, come on. You can't be serious that you've never seen this before. In any case, I'm a cheese fanatic but I don't care much for the canned variety, myself.

Nope never seen nor heard of it, as far as I'm aware. Unless string cheese is similar?

Isn't that the stuff they used when mummifying your good self?

Indeed. After they scooped out my innards, they filled me full of that stuff. Quite the preservative.

I read somewhere that if the philosophers stone and elixer where real then the secret to them would be simple and plain like the truth.

I read somewhere that the philosopher’s stone was a distraction from the real purpose of alchemy, which was the transformation of self rather thsn of objects.
