That’s mostly because she was hired as a virtue signal from the Democrats, but I think she’ll do what Aussie pollies do when they’re booted from their party, go join some other party. She’ll be a career politician, I’m sure of it.

I work in apartments all the time and the difference between standard housing and section 8 housing is stark.

Well, the joke is on you guys. You put your remaining credibility on the line to back AOC until she revealed how utterly stupid she was. Emphasis on "stupid". She barely has a high school senior's grasp of economics, the electoral system, the Constitution, even the branches of Government. All the clips I posted were from ~10 months ago when the Left was all in on their holy brown skinned champion of women. I can't find many recent late night interviews with her - that should tell you something.

I posted a video about that once. Didn't claim it was true but usual suspects pounced hard although I've always been certain that she is highly manufactured. 

Now, she went from a bartender to making 175k plus a slew of perks. Even with a family you should be able to easily survive, have fun and even save a little bit on that salary. To claim a pay raise will curb corruption is insulting to us and sympathetic the corrupt. Corruption is based on greed and a pay raise isn't going to curb corruption. As if those corrupting can't match and exceed the raise anyway. What a joke. I wonder if the few guys here in love with her that rush to defend her honor can now see we were right. She's a swamp creature to the core.

When I Googled Justice Democrats their website advertises the following:

We're the organization that first recruited Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez to run. Support a new generation of leaders in Congress. Join Justice Democrats today.

They say it's true so I'll believe them.

She can brag how she kept Amazon from putting their headquarters in her district. Who wants or needs those pesky high paying jobs anyway? Speaking of work, she's done 2 things while in office, jack and.....  and she wants a raise to help fight corruption? How much of a raise would it take to realistically solve that? I see a money vortex, it goes in, nothing comes out, and it just keeps getting bigger.

the bolded part is a total lie, the only people it would scare off are illegals, my wife's family was never afraid to fill the census, before they became citizens, and why would it scare them?  they had legal right to be here. it prbly would scare them if they were illegals

Let illegals go become citizens and then they can vote.
