And it is that The Western World is More Spiritual, then We are in the East. So Way is that? I don't Mean that We in the East Aren't Spiritual, Because we are... Japan and China have fallen on this scale. We Asians have more common sense. Where Nippon had laws against "psychics" and Tendai monks preach that prophecy is superstition and blind faith is not realistic. American Evangelicals are grasping nonsense and actually going against proven science and archaeology. I can't agree with this finding. And I think there is a difference between 'spirituality' and 'religiousness'. In the US, there is definitely a strong bias against non-biblical faith, such as paganism. In my own area, I know of a pagan temple that has been refused recognition as a religious organization, yet any idiot can slap "Dr", "Pastor" or "Minister" in front of their name and open up the "Third United Reformed Church of the Jewish Anglican Quakers for Jesus Church" and immediately claim tax exempt status. 4 1 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Really? I did not know that. There is a beautiful Buddhist Temple near Woodstock, but I haven't had the opportunity to visit.
